The Vodkallora Cocktail [Vodka, Aperol, Citrus]

This quarantine has brought on some interesting new hobbies. One of my favorites (and perhaps slightly detrimental) has been mixology.

Here's one of my favorites from our time stuck inside the house! Indulge in a Sunday Funday with me or make it whenever you're in the mood!

1.5 oz. vodka
1 oz. aperol
1/2 oz. lime juice
1/4 oz. yellow chartreuse

Shake vigorously over ice for 30 seconds and serve over giant cube with orange peel. Santé!
