Week of March 22: 5 Amazing & Free Strength-Building Workouts to Quarantine With



Hey guys! I've been trying to balance out all my quarantine cooking (tell me I'm not the only one who CAN'T. STOP. EATING.) with some intense cardio. I've found some really amazing and FREE workouts this week and thought I'd share for anyone hoping to stay active. Most of these are long format and all of them are KILLER-- if you're not sweating by the end then I'm pretty sure you're not human.
