The Only Green Juice Recipe You Need To Know


Ahhh, the beloved juice craze. We run around town for a weekend eating and drinking everything in sight and for some reason think that a $12 cold-pressed juice on Sunday morning can fix all our problems. Hey, if it makes us feel better why not? The health benefits of squeezing the life out of our beloved fruits and vegetables may be disputable, but that doesn't mean that it can't be damn delicious. That being said, pretty sure consuming apples, ginger and lemon in juice form can't exactly be bad for you, so kick back, sip back, and enjoy. Fresh tart apples, lemon juice, spicy ginger and some greens for good measure-- this refreshing juice will hopefully be curing whatever ails you in no time at all. 

Ingredients:
2 green apples (I prefer a tart breed, but whatever works)
2-inch piece of ginger
1 lemon, peeled and halved
Handful of spinach or kale

Serves 1.

Directions:
Add ingredients piece by piece into juicer and serve immediately.
